ACE Portal Access:Agency level requirements

• All agencies that need to access data via ACE portal require an MOU with CBP

• If your agency does not have an existing MOU with CBP: Your agency may wait to access the ACE portal until an MOU

with CBP is in place Your agency may request a Letter of Exchange (LOE) with

CBP. A sample request for an LOE is available on the Resource Documents page in the Library section of the PGA Resource Center (http://www.itds.gov/xp/itds/toolbox/library/resource_documents/)

• Once an MOU or LOE is in place, the next step is to determine if individuals meet the security requirements for ACE access
