Background
NeedRecognizing that science is international in scope, a Scientific Exchange Program was established in 2009 through a CRA between NOAA Fisheries, PIFSC, Honolulu, HI and Shanghai Ocean University
ObjectiveTo foster scholarly exchange and training in the fishery and ecological disciplines, as well as promoting scientific collaborations
