• Posted 55 mph: 50-61 mph average (54-64 mph 85th %)
• Posted 35 mph: 35-36 mph average (39 mph 85th %)
• 200 crashes in 5 years (≈ 2 to 4 per month)
• No notable trends by type, severity, etc.
