Research Project Title: Please fill out the title of your first preference project in this space.

Qualifications: Please provide details of all post-secondary education.

Referee Details: Please provide contact details for at least two referees from persons who can best comment on your prior research experience. For your application to be considered we must receive 2 completed referee reports by the due date.

English Language Proficiency: Please select how you will demonstrate English language proficiency.

Please note, if you select “I have successfully completed a recognised bachelor or master degree program, or have completed at least 2 years of full time equivalent study, from an accredited university or institution where English was the language of instruction and assessment in the program undertaken.” you will need to provide evidence of this in the next section of the form. This could be via a letter from your institution or a consolidated mark sheet that states that your course was taught and assessed in English.

Step 7: Documentation upload Select “Evidence and Document Upload”

Ensure you upload:

o Statement of Purpose (SOP) for every project (up to 2) you wish to be considered for and number in order of preference.

o Academic CV. o Award certificates (e.g. certificate from your convocation or provisional certificate if

unavailable) for all completed post-secondary study, including the institution logo and date awarded. If you have not received a copy of your certificate at the time of application, please provide an official letter from your institution stating that you have met award requirements.

o Academic transcript (e.g. consolidated mark sheets) for all post-secondary study undertaken, complete or incomplete, including the institution grading scale, institution logo and date. Please note, grade cards are not considered to be official academic transcripts.

o Evidence for meeting English language proficiency requirements. o Scanned copies of all competitive entrance tests that you have undertaken including in JEE,

GATE, UGC-NET, CSIR, ICAR, ICMR, DST-INSPIRE, GRE etc. o Other documentation, originals or certified copies, may be required depending on your

individual circumstances. o Ensure you attach your documents (See Step 4 above and

Save documents using the following naming convention: Last name_first name_document type. For example:

o Patel_Aditya_SOP1 o Smith_John_Academic_CV o Agarwal_Muhammad_Award_Certificate_Masters o Jones_Katie_Academic_Transcript_Undergraduate
