4: Fold all four corners precisely towards the middle....

6: And turn over!

5: ....like this.

7: Repeat on this side: fold all four corners towards the middle.

9: ....and press firmly.

8: Now fold the one edge of a flap down, to align with the bottom edge....

10: Open that fold and repeat with the other edge of the flap.

12: ....like this.

11: Press the middle folds to form a tip....

13: Finish all four tips.

15: Now valley fold both diagonals.

14: Mountain fold the straight folds, to make a bit of a spine. Both ways.

16: With these fresh folds, it’s possible to collapse the shape towards the middle....

18: Turn around and open up....

17: ....like this - a bit like the ones we used to call ‘fortune tellers’ when I was a kid.

19: ....and add a bit of glue, since this design can’t hold itself in place.

21: ....or upside down! They look nice both ways.

20: Press, let dry and it’s finished. To display either this way....
