Opportunity to secure an amazing Wanaka section in Meadowstone at today’s prices!

Available For The First Time In Over 102 YearsEXCITING NEWS: WILLOWRIDGE IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE AN EXCITING NEW WANAKA DEVELOPMENT FOR 2015.

“this is a signature project for our Company, the best sections we will ever have the opportunity to build on vEry precious Old inner Wanaka land that has become available for the first time in over 102 years.”

Allan Dippie.

Between Meadowstone & West Meadows lies an area of beautifully elevated land known as Alpha Ridge. Alpha Ridge has been in the same family ownership for 102 years and just like Meadowstone and West Meadows, was historically part of Sir Percy Sargood’s Wanaka Station.

The land has been admired by many over the years. It is a sheltered, sunny amphitheatre of gentle terraces and land forms with truly spectacular and uninterrupted north facing panoramic views right over Lake Wanaka to the mountains and Mount Aspiring National Park beyond.

This Old Inner Wanaka location has been zoned for residential development for decades but has never been available until now, so you could say this is a once in a blue moon opportunity to secure your very special slice of Wanaka.

Stage 1: 40 sections for sale off the plan. These are available on our usual low deposit terms (5%) with final payment when the title is available, which is at least 12 months away. Opportunity to secure an amazing Wanaka section in Meadowstone at today’s prices!

The first stage consists of 40 sections towards the Meadowstone Drive entrance of the development. Some have great lake views but the majority are on the lower terrace of the development, a very handy location with many sections that front onto parkland reserve.

For our buyers that are looking for price and value, as well as a flat, handy and very sheltered location, this stage will be very suitable.
