Uploading SellWise DayEnd files directly to PeopleSoft

• To use this process, you must first have BSAExport version 15 installed on your SellWise

workstation(s). (2009.1.15 is the current version of BSAExport.exe. Council users can confirm

their version number by accessing the SellWise ToolBar and clicking Help, then About, and

scrolling down to the line for BSAExport.exe)

Navigate to the following breadcrumb:

• Main Menu>BSA>Local Council Updates>Upload SellWise Day End File

• Create a Run Control

Click on Add to bring up a new window to browse for your SellWise export file.

Choose Browse

Find file – typically this is going to be in your SellWise DayEnd directory. (C:SW/DayEnd)

Once you have located the DayEnd file, chose upload.

Click on SAVE and then RUN.

Choose OK

Go to Process Monitor and verify that the Process runs to “Success” and “Posted”

If you need to upload multiple files, once you have completed the process monitor and the file has

posted, then return to this screen and click on “delete” and then “add” will become available.

NOTE: In order for this upload to work, you must have updated all of your SellWise workstations with

BSAExport Version 15.

After Success & Posted, to upload an

additional file, click “delete” and then

“Add”
