Manpower Sourcing & Coordination
Recruitment of PHP Developers, Word Press developers, UI Developers at junior to mid level. Screening & short listing the Candidates, Written test
Co-ordinate with HOD, concerned department and candidates for scheduling interviews and further meetings.
Carry out salary negotiation and offer discussion with the candidate. Once the candidate accepts the offer, follow up with him and ensure that he joins the

Joining Formalities:
Draft offer letters for the selected candidates and ensure timely release of offer letter to the selected candidate.

Putting payroll inputs in payroll software, handling the time sheet issues, monthly report including data of New Hires, Left Employees, Salary revisions, Designation Changes, etc. Deductions due, Leave without Pay and other salary adjustments, Maintaining Attendance & Leave Register

Exit Formalities:
Coordinate on Employee Exit Formalities Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit
interviews to determine reasons behind separations.HRIS
Ensure all HR records and the database are kept up to date, Maintaining Employee personal file and records
Generate Employee Offer letter/Appointment letter/Confirmation Letter/Appraisal Letter/Experience Letter.
