Responsibilities:
~ Established and maintained the document control center to manage all incoming and outgoing documentation for the Construction & Project Management team, in accordance with the Company's Document and Data Control Plan and Procedures as per the QMP under ISO standards.
~ Implementation of policy and procedure related to Document Control management for document control system with using administrator account to give the access for viewing, editing, deleting all document & the drawing in soft copy as per the management instructions.
~ Ensured an effective distribution system of site documentation throughout the organization. by Coordinate with all site engineers to cover their requirements with updated documents, design drawings and shop drawings and all required reports to punch the work flow and close the pending items in matching with planned work progress report.
~ Responsible for the preparation of the weekly and monthly reports will be responsible to prepare all required logs for the weekly and monthly progress report as per the management instructions.
~ Providing all documents the correct numbering and coding system to avoid any errors or duplicate references number for all documents at site such ( Letters, MAR, RA,SUB,SDS).
~ Ensured adequate and efficient archiving system is established and maintained will be responsible for archive system in hard copy & filing system.
~ Develop and maintain document processing and document retention systems of the project.

~ Retain and be able to retrieve all correspondence, reports, drawings, sketches, instructions, and minutes of meetings, submittals, requests-for-information, payment requests, variations and all project documents.
~ Ensure proper file codes are indicated on each document and that proper redundant or subject files are maintained.
~ Ensure all sequential documents are accounted for and all original documents are retained.
