Purpose

Update contractor Certificates data

Scenario

In this Scenario, the user will be allowed to update his certificates data through Nebras Bidder Portal.

Procedure

1. Start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

Home - SAP NetWeaver Portal - Internet Explorer

2. Click on the Certificates tab.

The master and transaction data that is shown in the simulation in only as information to carry out the simulation steps

This page will allowed you to update CR, GOSI, Zakat and VAT certificates data.

In case error message "Your previous request is still under process. Please wait for the approval" is shown.

you have to wait untill your request has been either approved or rejected.

You are allowed to update your Vendor Type by choose from drop down list

If you choose one of below Vendor Types: 1- Registered vendor in KSA. 2- Vendor under GCC with VAT agreement you must provide your VAT Reg. No. otherwise leave that field empty.

If your company type is: import vendor, please attach stamped and signed formal letter that all requested certificates are not applicable.

you must combine all updated certificates into one file.

Once you finalize from update proces, System will show message " Your request for update will be reviwed by us, in case of any issue you will be notified" .

In case we approve or reject your update request, you will be notified. And once updated data has been approved it will reflict automatically in the system
