DIVERSITY IN LEADERSHIP AWARD

“While the initiative to develop recruitment and retention

strategies for international and multicultural students has been

mandated on a university-wide scale across all Penn State

locations, I have seen overwhelming evidence that the vision for

an ethnically and globally diverse campus in DuBois is a deeply-

rooted conviction of the campus leadership. This passion for

healthy diversity on Penn State DuBois campus is found nowhere

as strongly as with the campus Chancellor, Dr. Anita McDonald.”
