    1- Senior Officer Business AnalystRole: Senior Officer Business AnalystReports to: Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture and Standards

    Role Definition:The Senior Officer Business Analyst is responsible for the design, modelling anddocumentation of enterprise business processes in consultation with stakeholders.The officer is expected to graphically represent how business is done (as-is) andhow business is to be done (to-be) across the business units or between UNRAand other government agencies.

S/He will compileinformation from the respective directorates, and formulate stories, articles, ondifferent aspects of UNRA to be disseminated to the public. H/She will developinformation gathering tools to get feedback from the public and coordinatedifferent media related activities from time to time.Key Result Areas

    1) Maintaining an events calendar, booking press events, and compilinginformation on UNRA for display on screens throughout the Institution,and on the web for staff and public access;

    2) Produce background briefings and prepare spokespeople forInterviews, and co-ordinate media interviews and filming requests;

    3) Identify and exploit PR opportunities to maximise UNRAswork, from news to feature items, to relevant targeted sector specific mediaissues;

    4) Respond to crisis communications to mitigate negative coverage andeffectively responded to, including production of holding and positionstatements prior to any media events and interests;

    5) Coordinating major projects and campaigns, film crews and productionunits and monitoring press coverage and distributing information to staff.

    Role Definition:The client care officer will be responsible for implementing brand concepts,developing and implementing client care campaigns that increase the awareness ofstaff about UNRAs service standards. H/She will also responsible forimplementing the client care standards in all UNRA offices in order to ensurethat an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction ismaintained.

    Key Result Areas1) Receives, processes and verifies the client complaints on different media

    portals and, initiates required action for response to client requests to issuesraised in an informed manner in line with the communications guidelines.

    2) Provides quality service to both internal and external customers byreceiving inquiries from and/or contacts the organizations branch/regionaloffices to resolve a variety of client related issues;

    3) Accesses the companys internal systems to obtain and extract relevantinformation and provides client care units with the data for monitoringtheir activities and for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports;

    4) Prepares client based service summary reports co-ordinates the handling ofdifficult and/or unusual situations and participates in the organization ofUNRA events in line with the client care guidelines;

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer willwork in close collaboration with the Directorates and project teams.Key Result Areas

    1. Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluationprocedures in line with the M&E guidelines;

    2. Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towardsachieving the project output;

    3. Develop monitoring and impact indicators for various projects, workprograms undertaken and monitor and evaluate overall progress onachievement of set results;

    4. Provide feedback to the Directors/ Project Managers on project strategiesand activities and possible areas of improvement for the efficiency andeffectiveness of the projects by identifying bottlenecks in completing

    5. Provide inputs, information and statistics for monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress reports on all project activities to the HeadCorporate Strategy Management;

    8 Manager ComplianceRole: Manager ComplianceReports to: Head Investigations and ComplianceRole Definition:

    The position ensures that the management and employees are in compliance withthe rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and that behavior in the authoritymeets its laid down Standards/Code of Conduct. He or she will plan, direct,review, and coordinate activities of the authority to ensure compliance withethical or regulatory standards. He/she shall be answerable to the HeadInvestigations and Compliance.Duties and Responsibilities of the Manager

    1. Develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for thegeneral operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities toprevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Managers day-to-dayoperation of the Program.

    2. Develops and periodically reviews and updates a staff code of conduct inline with HRMM to ensure continuing relevance in providing guidance tomanagement and employees.

    3. Establishes and provides directions to the compliance unit and supervisesofficers or personnel under the Unit, develops them and evaluates theirperformance taking appropriate steps to ensure effectiveness of the Unit.

    4. Collaborates with other departments (e.g. Risk Management, InternalAudit) to direct compliance issues for investigations and resolution.

    5. Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures,and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation ofinvestigative procedures. Develops and oversees a system for uniformhandling of such violations.

    6. Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk;develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematicissues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similarsituations in the future.

    7. Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep theBoard and senior management informed of the operation and progress ofcompliance efforts.

    8. Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to dulyauthorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required.

    9. Institutes and maintains an effective compliance communication programfor the organization, including promoting (a) use of the ComplianceHotline; (b) heightened awareness of Standards of Conduct, and (c)understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policiesand procedures.

    10. Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriateto develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriateintroductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for allemployees and managers.

    2. File appropriate compliance investigative reports with recommendations to theManager for further disciplinary actions.

    3. Cooperate with other directorates and departments of Audit and HumanResource to carry out monitoring and evaluation programs and compliancereviews in all stations.

    4. Maintain documentation/Records of all compliance activities such ascomplaints, investigative files, Administrative files and other correspondences.

    5. Should provide training to the staff on compliance related topics e.g. Code ofConduct, Policies, Procedures and General Security.
