• All PES Annual subscribers are eligible to redeem 1 DG Vacation trip Residents of Mexico can redeem either one Mexico Magico OR one Destination Giveaway. All non-Mexico residents can redeem either one Viva Mexico Vacay OR one Destination Giveaway.Activation: Once you submit your hotel destination choice, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to activate your DG trip within 48 hours. YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR DG TRIP within 7 days of receiving your email.
• The DG vacation trip is valid for a reservation request offering hotel accommodations in your choice of destinations provided by the third-party vendor. These rooms are for a maximum of 2 adults and up to 2 children up to the age of 12 based on room type and availability and at least one occupant must be 21 years of age or older. Group travel is not allowed.
• The recipient of the DG trip will receive hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, however, the recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, nightly taxes and fees, room upgrades, hotel fees if applicable and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses. The cost to redeem the DG vacation trip and book the reservation is just for recovery fees for the local government taxes and tourism fees which vary by destination.
• Travel must be completed within 18 months after activation and end-user can choose from all available destinations to find travel dates and participatinghotel options. If the recipient has qualified and received more than one certificate, travel must be completed from the first certificate before the second certificate may be used or the second certificate may be gifted.
• The user must reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometers away from the destination hotel of choice or choose a different hotel offer from the available destination options.
• The incentive activation is FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE with the third-party vendor. Once travel dates are confirmed no changes will be allowed. Cancellations after dates are confirmed will result in forfeiture of the activation fees. (The inventory used for these rooms are not as flexible as booking at regular retail rack rates, once confirmed changes will not be allowed and cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of fees paid).
• All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. Reservations are based on availability and will not be available during major holidays or special events. Check-in is available 7 days a week. Weekends may have a small additional surcharge.

1. Decide where you want to go There is no rush! You have up to 1 year from your enrollment date to choose your destination and submit your choice via the form. Please do not submit the form until you are 100% SURE of where you want to travel.
2. Submit your country and city choice Click on the COMPLETE DG FORM button link in your email, choose your country and city and click ‘Submit’.
3. Receive your voucher & activate Within 48-72 hours you will be sent an email from ‘RedeemVacations’, our third-party vendor for your chosen destination. You can now activate your Destination Giveaway by clicking on the link in the email. Review the details, fill in the information, and pay the nightly taxes & fees.
ACTIVATION REQUIREMENTS:• Need to activate within 7 DAYS upon receiving the RedeemVacations email• You cannot change the destination once it is activated. All destinations are FINAL and fees are non-refundable by the third-party vendor.• Make sure the redemption form’s registrant name and cardholder name are the same• The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice.
4. Book & travel at your leisure Once your Destination Giveaway is activated, you will have 18 months to complete your hotel stay. You can log into your account at RedeemVacations.com at any time to select travel dates, choose from participating hotels (based on availability), choose your room type, and book your accommodation (a minimum of 30 days advanced booking is required). Once travel dates are confirmed no changes will be allowed.
