The conference wraps up with a full day of strategies for achieving financial success, leadership transition/succession planning, and linking key elements of all course content to create a comprehensive business plan. Each participant will have an opportunity to present their plan for group discussion and feedback.

This day is all about branding and marketing strategy. We’ll discuss a concept called your “uncommon offering,” which is key to differentiating your firm. We’ll talk about customer experience and market research. After a working lunch, we’ll be going on a field trip to McAlister-Smith, one of Charleston’s premier funeral home and cremation operations.
