Autodesk® SketchBook® Mobile and Autodesk® SketchBook® Pro for Apple® iPad® and tablets are designed specifically for the respective devices and operating systems. Whether you’re dropping down a base grid or sketching 3D objects, the Perspective tool lets you worry less about creating perfect lines, so you can focus more on your artwork.

• Flipbook animation tool: Flipbook brings

timeline key frame animation into SketchBook Pro, allowing you to develop simple animations directly from your drawings. Intuitive workflows in the Flipbook animation tool are based on the popular Grease Pencil tool found in Autodesk® Maya® software. Ghosting Frames in Flipbook help you to create seamless key frame 2D animation directly in SketchBook Pro.

SketchBook Pro 2015 also features enhanced color blending, so you can manipulate color across an entire layer. Strategically add highlights, color, and vibrancy by selecting different blending modes. You can also use the color blending mode in SketchBook Pro to colorize a black and white image while retaining the black and white values of the underlying painting.

Pro reads and writes many common formats including TIFF, JPEG, PNG, BMP, and GIF. For professional creative teams, this means instant productivity with a familiar tool that easily integrates with existing image pipelines. You can save TIFF and PNG formats with transparent backgrounds for flexibility in other applications. SketchBook Pro also can read and write PSD files to move layered sketches back and forth between Adobe® Photoshop® software.
