migration. global hunger. human trafficking. climate change. These issues disproportionately affect people living in poverty. College students in
the United States can join with CRS to fight injustice and diminish poverty. Through the CRS Student Ambassador Program students are invited to take responsibility, and to embrace
the opportunity to be part of the solution. Through personal and collective action, we can transform our campuses and the world.
CRS STUDENT AMBASSADORS ARE COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WHO:
HOW TO GET STARTED: � Learn about the CRS Student
Ambassador program.
� Identify a Staff Advisor—consider campus ministry, center for service, Newman Center or other source of support.
� Invite others—consider peers who are already passionate about social justice and the mission of CRS.
� Attend training.
� Explore campaigns and other resources on university.crs.org
� Host at least three activities on campus per year.
� Report your campus engagement to CRS.
� Network with other campuses regionally and nationally.
� Stay up-to-date via our email list & text alerts.
Learn about the root causes of global poverty and injustice.
Organize and educate others
through solidarity vigils, CRS Ethical
Trade sales, advocacy, and
more.
Develop leadership skills and use them to
take action.
Connect faith to action, and
make a difference on campus and around the world.
Participate in a national network
that remains connected to CRS through college
and beyond.
