Welcome to the world of Nottingham
Provost and CEO’s welcome
“ As one of the world’s truly global universities, the University of Nottingham Malaysia is proud to have established the UK’s first full-fledged international campus here. We offer a range of foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate courses which are taught within 18 schools and departments across three faculties. We offer an educational experience which is designed to develop skills and knowledge needed for the world of work. Our British style approach to education is student-centered, encouraging deep learning and the development of key skills relating to problem solving, creativity, independence and critical thinking. Employability is one of our foremost priorities and our graduates are highly sought-after. Currently, 92% of our graduates are employed or in further studies six months after graduation, earning higher than average salaries. This is one of the highest graduate employment rates in Malaysia and the University of Nottingham is also recognised as Britain’s top choice for leading employers.
Our outstanding campus environment provides the perfect setting for students to live and work. Our vibrant and diverse community provides extensive opportunities for students to get involved in extra-curricular activities (clubs, societies, volunteer work, events and sports) which will help to further develop the skills and competences that they will need in the future. This year we are celebrating our 18 years anniversary of enriching lives through global education. We are delighted to welcome you into our vibrant academic community and student life, where a rewarding and authentic British experience awaits. ”Professor Graham Kendall
