The undisputable Fact of Law is: A state guaranteed [legal] right of choice to whether or not inflict non-accidental injury to a child, does NOT exists in a Liberal democratic Rule of Law Jurisdiction!

Anyone who speaks in terms of MGM should be banned; anyone who petitions the government forlegislation of a ban on MGM, speaks / acts as if this obvious Child Abuse were not already outlawed andtherefore speaks / acts obviously estranged from the True Value of the Principe of Liberal Democracy and itsfundamental Concept of Right State Law [Rule of Law, and by doing so is misleading the public away from theundisputable reality that MGM is as outlawed just the same as is FGM, and the undisputable reality that the

Third:Georganne Chapins saying - and any person who speaks in this tenure - is working-to-outlaw-infant-and-child-circumcision-a-wise-strategy-or-not ? is not only speaking so as if MGM were not alreadyoutlawed, but the President and Executive Director of Intact America.orgGeorganne Chapin goeseven further in her nonsensical, unprofessional, unintelligent and law-reality-contradictive article, in which sheeven puts the necessity of having non-therapeutic infant-and-child-circumcision outlawed inquestion.

First, Georganne Chapin failsto understand that MGM is already outlawed; and then she even asksthe nonsensical question:Is it a wise strategy to work to have MGM outlawed?, so as if MGM werenot already outlawed; and so as if in a liberal democratic rule of law jurisdiction, it were a matter of legal

discussion whether or not this OBVIOUS and COLLECTIVE PHYSICAL CHILD ABUSE should be outlawed.

She speaks, so as if the law which already outlaws this >infliction of preventable injury to the male child< weremaybe not even required. So as if this Global Collective Child Abuse of Routine Male Child Genital Mutilationwere maybe not required to be outlawed.

Georganne Chapin clearly speaks in the tenure of the Pro-Circ-Establishment, which insists since its existenceto OPPOSE any interference of state-law. The current US-Law is based upon the Liberal Democratic Principe and its fundamental Concept of Rule of Law,which has NO ROOM for >discrimination< between MALE CHILD or FEMALE CHILD.

The state guaranteed fundamental right of equal protection of children states, that this right is NOT dividable,just as the CHILD is NOT DIVIDABLE!

It is HIGH TIME that also the Intactivist Movement stops to give false information!

Truth is always Truth, even if everyone belies it.

Heres the undisputable Truth, and it remains to be the Truth, even if one should chose to ignore it.

A) MGM is already outlawed under current Liberal Democratic Right State common-, civil-,constitutional-, statutory-, criminal- and international Law!
