Fallacious arguments usually have the deceptive appearance of being sane arguments.

How can it be legal to inflict preventable injury to a Child’s God created Identity?

We know of 5 deceitful fallacies to which 3.5 Billion Adults have fallen prey. The Muslim-Fallacy of Traditional Insanity of preventable circumcision of male human; The Jewish Fallacy in its Religious Insanity of preventable circumcision of male human; The Medical Fallacy of Insane Medical Reason to circumcise the healthy Foreskin; The Ethic Fallacy of Insane Moral Argument for preventable circumcision of males, and the Law Fallacy in its Insane Advocacy in Statement of Legality of this Obvious Crime. While the Muslim-, Jewish-, Medical and Ethic Fallacy differ in argumentation, they all state premises which – as is the nature of any fallacy - fail to support their proposed conclusion. The fallacy’s predominant conclusion is “Circumcision of the Healthy Foreskin of the Child is Good, is Healthy, is Fundamental Freedom, Right and even Duty and therefore Legal.” The fallacy’s deviation stems from fundamental flaws and foremost from insane-laws in the path of reasoning that links the premises to the conclusion. The fallacy’s reasoning which evidently causes this Collective Child Abuse of Non-Therapeutic Male Child Circumcision is a pattern of reasoning that is always wrong. This is due to the flaw in the logical structure of its argument which renders the argument invalid. All 5 Pro-Circ-Establishment Fallacies are all in all incorrect argumentation in reasoning causing the Global Collective Madness, the Insane Misconception of preventable child circumcision were legal.

By accident or design, all 5 Pro-Circ-Establishment Fallacies exploit emotional triggers in the listener or interlocutor in appealing to emotion, taking advantage of social relationships between people in application of arguments from authority and are structured using rhetorical patterns that obscure any logical argument.

In its illogical argument that >infliction of preventable injury to the child’s genital< were legal, the Pro-Circ-Insanity fails to cognize the Reality of the Universal Human Rights Declaration, the Principal Value of Liberal Democracy and the Concept of Right State-Law which is the Foundation of the Child’s Fundamental Right of Equal Law Protection from any infliction of preventable injury or other harm, regardless by whom inflicted and why.

The empiric and so undisputable TRUTH is, that the Muslim-, Jewish-, Medical-, Ethic- and Law-Fallacy inflicts preventable injury to the child and is therefore in Fundamental Violation of the Law of Creation. Routine Child Circumcision is outlawed by Right State Law in any Liberal Democratic Society.

The empiric and so undisputable L IE is to say that the Muslim-, Jewish-, Medical-, Ethic and Law-Fallacy of >inflicting of preventable circumcision to the child< is a Fundamental Right to do.

Telling Empiric Truth is the only Remedy to End Empiric Lie. The CONCEPT of RIGHT STATE LAW, NON-VIOLENCE and BEING TRUTHFUL in all situations ENDS this FALLACY . Truth is always Truth even if everyone belies it. ___ A Lie is always a Lie even if everyone believes it. amen
