• Universal Foods Limited is part of the Associated Brands Industries Limited (ABIL) Group of Companies who are the makers of Charles chocolates, Sunshine Snacks and Consolidated Biscuits.

• Universal Foods Limited is the only “Ready To EatReady To Eat” (RTE) cereal manufacturer in the English Speaking Caribbean.

• We began our operations in August 1986, manufacturing seven types of cereal under one brand.

• Presently UFL manufactures twenty-two types under seven different brands for local and export sales.

• Universal Foods Limited has been updating its technology throughout its years of operations and is proud to be comparable with the world leaders in ready to eat breakfast cereals.

• HACCP based program implemented and follow all rules and regulations in compliance with the OSHA act

• Cereal is sold in bowls as one serving per student with one 200 ml flavored milk

• Since implementation, cereals have been viewed as added value to students diets and a healthy alternative to the breakfast menu
