Prepare for the Call / Meeting• Increase your knowledge about our United Way.
• www.warrencountyunitedway.org• Review the Case for Giving.• Review the account file.• Review Account Manager Call Report.
• Review the Profile Report.

Make the Call (what to cover at your meeting)
• Thank for past support.• Review profile and secure commitment for 2014
campaign.• Utilize the “How You Can Help” from back of Case for
Giving during the appointment.• Identify the name and contact information of Employee
Campaign Coordinator (ECC).• Utilize Account Manager Call Report
• Encourage ECC to attend one ECC training.

Close the Call / Meeting• Leave CEO handouts.• Summarize the commitment.• Thank them for their time and anticipated
success.
Follow-Up throughout campaign• Ensure ECC signs up for ECC Training.• Submit completed Account Manager Call
Report on or before July 18, 2014.• Communicate, communicate, communicate!

After the Call/Meeting - Administrative • Maintain contact with ECC
• Assist ECC as needed.• Report account status.• Track/monitor accounts – considered complete
when ECC Campaign Report Envelope is received by United Way.
