In accordance with Title V of the Clean Air Act and 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 11 the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that cause exists for a renewal of the Part 71 Title V permit Requirements found in 40 CFR sect 7111 state notice shall be provided on the preparation ofa draft permit The EPA will publish a public notice of the permitting action in a local newspaper ofgeneral circulation and allow for a30-day public comment period We will notifY you of the date ofpublic notice formiddot submission of comments and the opportunity to request a public hearing
