8 = Range 8 East

15 = Section 15

A = label found on landslide in section 15).

Information given includes:

CAUSES - factors contributing towards slope failure, presented in order of decreasing importance. Codes are:

D = failure of previous landslide debris

E = loading

F = road construction, cutting and filling
