CALL TO ORDER: A regular meeting of the Redstone Arsenal Silver Chapter # 0507 was called to order at Redstone Bowling Center meeting Room 1, Redstone Arsenal, AL by the Chapter President, CW5 (Ret) Keith Langewisch at 1130. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members and guests were welcomed by Chapter President; Chapter Secretary Mr. Michael Weist determined that a quorum was present (17 members)

Bold indicates active Redstone Arsenal Chapter members. 2. READ MINUTES: The December 2019 Meeting Minutes with enclosures were distributed through email to the membership for review. All members were asked if any additions, deletions or changes were needed, no changes were noted. With no changes or deletions, reading of the minutes was waived by the members; a motion was made by Mr. Gary Mayers and seconded by Mr. Leonard Crain to approve the minutes. Motion was voted and approved by the members. The minutes will be provided to the required recipients and placed in the Chapter electronic files and Chapter website. 3. READ TREASURER’S REPORT: The Chapter’s December Finance Report was presented by the Chapter’s Treasurer. A motion was made by Mr. Don Robinson and seconded by Mr. Andy Haq to approve report. Motion to approve December report voted and approved by the members.

Adjustment comments : There may be fewer rounding adjustments when working with long decimals.
