Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.• We do Conventional, High Balance and FHA

Residential Mortgages.• We are big enough to be on board with all three

agencies and small enough to give the personal service our business partners need and expect.

Compensation and Benefits

As an Account executive you will be paid on a commission basis.

You will have the opportunity to receive a bonus every month.

We offer Medical insurance and 401k after 90 days of work.

1-5 $1-$999,999 16.5 BPS

6-10 $1,000,000-$1,999,999 19 BPS

11-15 $2,000,000-$3,499,999 22 BPS

>16 > $3,500,000 25 BPS

Monthly Bonus

Volume Bonus Payout

$4,500,000-$6,499,999 1.50%

> $6,500,000 3.00%

National Account Executive Manager OpportunityIf you have the experience we would allow to you hire and manage Account Executives to work under you.

This would create a 2nd revenue stream for you in conjunction with your own accounts.
