The Highways Agency is responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving England’s road network. GovDelivery® Email and Digital Subscription Management allows the agency to meet
citizens’ needs by communicating proactively when there is new road project information available. Since launching GovDelivery in November 2004 Highways Agency has: Sent more than 14 million emails to 53,600+ subscribers. Incorporated 565+ specific subscription items including:

Parliament is one of the oldest representative assemblies in the world. Among Parliament’s other duties of making laws and debating the major issues of the day, it strives to keep the public well informed. Parliament turned to GovDelivery® Email and Digital Subscription Management to further its mission to improve communication with the public in a cost-‐effective and efficient manner.
Since launching GovDelivery in January 2005 Parliament has: Signed up more than 25,400 subscribers, with an average of 10.3 subscription items each. Sent out more than 40 million emails telling subscribers of updated website information. Incorporated nearly 100 specific subscription items including:

Norwich City Council deployed GovDelivery® Email and Digital Subscription Management to improve its communication with the public, which brings higher take-‐up of e-‐enabled transactions, better service, and lower communication costs.
Since launching GovDelivery in June 2004 Norwich City Council has: Sent more than 602,000 emails telling subscribers of updated website information.
Obtained more than 6,600 subscribers. Gained the ability to communicate effectively with their citizens with minimal administrative oversight.
