• UER DM Responsibility– Estimates Amount of Customers Products for

shipping (1/2 Pallet minimum)– Review all Form details to make sure it is complete – Turn into Joe Logistics Manager for pickup- Normally

ISR Example

• ISR base Profit Share of 30% will be paid in full every two weeks on payday.

• ISR will be given a bonus based on their overall monthly UAE. This is paid within 2 weeks from the previous month.– 3% for volume over $1501– 6% for volume over $3001– 8% for volume over $5001 but less than $25,000

• Example A– Lets say that an ISR had UAE of $3500

for the whole month, so they would earn $3500*30%=$1050 on Commission

– For the ISR – BP this example puts the ISR in the 6% range

– 6% * 3500 = $210– Totaling $1260 for that month for an ISR

• Example B– Lets say that an ISR had UAE of $6000

for the whole month, so they would earn $6000*30%=$1800 on Commission

– For the ISR – BP this example puts the ISR in the 8% range

– 8% * 6000 = $480– Totaling $2280 for that month for an ISR

Tele-Locating Process and Responsibilities1. Simply call and locate Company’s with Product!2. Complete Work Order, including the inventory list form and send it

to the District Manager for review for all new customers! (Must ½ pallet or more.)

3. Stay in contact with customer thru the entire process.• Communicate the date and time of pickup with them.• After pickup, get testimony and referrals and let them know they will

receive COD and Survey to complete and save.3. Complete Excel pipeline report for all True potential Prospects to call

Grand Opening 1. Have your “Grand Opening” by contacting all previous employers,

business owners, colleagues that you currently know and bring them up to date what your doing. Many will point you in the right direction and want to help you!

2. Target a Past knowledgeable industry, such as Growing Medical Field, Educational Institutions, Insurance Companies, leasing Companies , Banking Association, etc…

3. Tele-Locating strategy is 50 Part-time,100+ calls per day for full time Isr’s, including follow-ups.

4. Find out and stick with the area your directed to call in. Find material in a close proximity of each other is key.

5. District manager will be directing who to call and where to call and directing you to a call list or technique.

• District Manager will determine 3 Things when you Have a NEW Work Order!

1. Review the inventory List and make sure it is at least an ½ pallet or more

2. They will determine if they will be a charge for any material. Normally there is a $20 charge for TV Consoles and $10 charge for regular TV’s. There also could be a $5 charge for CRT Monitors, depending on the rest of the inventory and the quantity of CRT’s. If there is a charge we will give you a Invoice to send to the customer if agreeable with customer.

3. If everything looks good, then the Work Order is turned into Joe Foster who establishes the truck route/Logistics of pickup. Also sets Date and Time when there is a Full Truck of 10 pallets

4. DM will review and check to see if forms are complete etc…

• Some times that could be the IT director, Procurement of the Environmental Director.…..Get the right contact on phone and repeat the same thing to them.If they have Product, get an idea of what and how much. Let them know that many

companies charge for picking up, but we most usually can do it at no cost, see if you can get them to send email of an inventory list! How many locations do you have?

If they do not have any inventory now ask these questions before thanking them and moving on.

1. Can I send you a email with link to our company for future needs?2. Do you have any other companies or customers that could be updating their

computer system or have downsized that might be a good referral for our Corp. Go Green crusade?

industry and have goals to become the leading “Go Green” Recycling Company in the State!

2. What Certification do you have? We follow all EPA Compliances and Standards and We have initiated ISRI

& completed FACTA Compliance Certification!3. When will the pickup be. Normally you would say in about 2 weeks unless

directed to something else.4. What do you do with the hard-drives? We use a Department of Defense Software that wipes the information and

provided you back with a Certificate of Destruction.

REQUIREMENTS1. Keep Calendar Daily, weekly & monthly2. Also a State Map is required to mark work orders to be Picked up from

the work orders sent in!3. Know and have all tele #’s for all Managers along with website address

and customer power point presentation to be emailed.4. Your Goal is to Average 100 calls per day, 10 Work Orders per week,

which equates usually to 1 truck filled with 10 pallets each week!5. Contact Your DM most everyday to touch base with activity, results,

progress and questions.6. Complete a weekly report (Excel Pipeline) of contacts and results by

email, due Thursday Evening by 6 pm. 7. Attend Team Conf. Call every Friday at 8:30am 218-862-6789 6579188. A UER e-mail will be created for you thru Go Daddy! Be sure and set up
