Each event runs for 2 - 2.5 hours after work hours in CBD locations making it easy and
convenient for attending design specifiers.

services creatively in the free form space.
We have been successfully running Equinox events for over a decade across Australia
and now more recently in New Zealand.

There is no better way to increase the visibility and
credibility of your brand than by showcasing your
expert knowledge at one of our Education Hubs. Held
in a dedicated area at Equinox events, the Education
Hub features 15 minute presentations from industry
speakers and product experts aimed at providing an
educational experience for the architects and design
specifiers attending the event.
EDUCATION HUB FEATURES
• Seating with accompanying headphones
provided for attendees to hear the presentation
clearly
• 2 x presenters/15 minutes and 5 minutes Q&A
• Presentations must have an educational
focus on an industry-related issue, product
or development, e.g. project case study, new
innovation, etc.
• Presenters may display marketing material
such as flyers or brochures at a table provided
in the Education Hub area for the duration of
their allocated time
• Presenters may display 1 pull up banner for the
duration of their allocated presentation time

EQUINOX BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONSSPACE: You will be allocated an area as requested in which to set up your display. You may utilise this area in any manner you choose but you must not set up outside of this area. The price does not include the provision of lighting, monitors, tables or tablecloths. We recommend you bring adequate lighting, electrical leads and power boards as additional fees will apply if you need AIS to provide these. Tables and tablecloths must be hired from AIS - an ‘Equinox Display Requirements’ form will be sent to you on confirmation of booking acceptance.
DOOR PRIZES: If you choose to, you may offer a door prize so that you can collect business cards. Due to time constraints only prizes valued over $300 will be drawn and announced as part of the evening.
EVENT PAYMENT PROCESS: Deposit Invoices – 50% of Total Event Cost upon acceptance of your approved Booking Request, a 50% deposit invoice will be issued between approval date but within 90 days of the event (payable under our standard 14 day trading terms). Bookings are not guaranteed until your deposit payment has been received by AIS.Balance Invoices – 50% Balance of Event Cost The balance invoice for each event will be issued within 60-70 days of the event, and is due and payable 30 days prior to the event date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted in writing and the following cancellation fees apply:

More than 120 days notice 50% of total event cost
Less than 120 days notice 100% of total event cost
GENERAL: You may have up to 3 representatives attend included in the price. Additional representatives will incur a fee of $60 + GST per person. Receipt of your Booking Request by AIS does not constitute a confirmed booking. If your Booking Request is accepted, a confirmation will be issued shortly after receipt. Please feel free to invite your architectural clients to the event but ensure that all are architects, designers, project managers, builders etc. As Equinox is strictly for industry professionals, representatives or staff of your clients such as retailers or suppliers/manufacturers will not be permitted at the event. AIS does not offer brand or product exclusivity at our events. AIS is not liable for any damage to your stand space or to the venue. You will be charged by the venue for any damage caused.
