    The manager required to plan, organise, direct andcontrol. But a leader is one who gets others to follow him

    Managers depends on authority & leader depends onconfidence and goodwill / inspires enthusiasm

    Managers to formulate the broad policies for theoperation. But the leader concerned with the actionwhich leads to accomplish the goals

    Leader has been accepted by the group and manager is

    appointed Management associated to organised structure and

    leadership may be associated with unorganised group.
