Generation's School …a happy place to learn Assalamu alaikum Dear Parents Parents Teacher Meeting for Seniors O/A LEVEL 2013 - 2014 The first Parents Teacher Meeting for the O/A Level section of the school will be held on Friday, October 11, 2013, insha’allah. The meeting will start at 2:30 p.m. and will be over at 5:30 p.m., providing you an opportunity to meet briefly with some of your son’s / daughter’s teachers. Please ensure that your son / daughter accompanies you in complete school uniform. As previously done, a bell will ring every five minutes to indicate the start and end of your allocated time with the teacher. We are sending out an Appointment Sheet with your son / daughter for you to indicate the teachers you want to meet. Your son / daughter will in turn get appointments from the concerned teachers and show you the Appointment Sheet, which will guide you during the PTM. You need not to meet all the teachers if you don’t feel the need. However, there may be a teacher who might want to meet you if he/she has any concerns. In that case the student would be informed accordingly. However, it is mandatory for each student to have appointments with at least three teachers. If you feel you want an extended discussion with the teacher, please ask your son / daughter to get follow-up appointment at a later date. Jazakallah for your cooperation. Sincerely
