• Before you start writing your brochure, share brochures with your

friends in class to discover the text structures that are common to brochures. In

the brochure?

• After, you look at your example of holiday brochures in print and do the following:

• Make a list of any adjectives that describe the place you would like to write about.

• Make a list of phrases you want to use in your brochures.

• Make a list of specific places you plan to advertise as well as some practical details you plan to write about (hotels, transport,

prices).• Try to plan one day of activities for visitors,

such as places to visit and how to get around.

Remember to include…..

The promotional cover - The first and most important part of a custom brochure for

tourists is the promotional cover. Include a very attractive cover design.  Try to get the best full color pictures, with most artful and attractive

text that you can find and compose.

• Displayed benefits - The next most

important part is the displayed benefits. After the cover, you must tell the reader what they can get or what benefits they gain when they read through and try to understand your color

brochures.
