Doing a Survey

Steps

1. Write questions2. Go to a website and make a survey3. Answer classmate’s surveys4. Look at the results of your survey

You can do these steps individually,in pairs or in small groups.

Step 1

Write Yes/no questions. Examples:• Will people use clothes from recycled

materials?• Will people have a lot of clothes?• Will children wear technology in their clothes?

Write open questions. Examples:• Write about a change in fashion, for example,

“School uniforms might disappear.” • What will be a popular color in the future?• Do you think skirts will disappear?

Use a free website, e.g., SurveyMonkey.com or Docs.Google.com
