About 20 miles east from Ho Chi

Minh City, we will meet a wonderful

ecological land. It is Lai Thieu

garden. This land of fruits became

famous and has attracted many

tourists in the past ten years. Noisy,

hot and sultry cities are the reason

why people want to return to the

nature. In Lai Thieu garden, we can

fully breath in the fresh air of the

countryside. The lovely path through

the garden just fits for one person.

villages of the South. The pioneers of

this land settled down here because

of its fertile soil and charming

landscape. You can go to Lai Thieu

garden by car or taxi. It is cheaper

when you go by coach. In less than

an hour you can set your foot on this

wonderful land.

To get into the garden, you have to

walk through a pretty nice bridge.

leading to the garden. You will see

fragrant fruit booths and meet some

hick boys and girls, who are still

authentically countryside. They will

invite you to buy fruits.

You can buy some and have some

fun conversations. They will become

voluntary tour guides for you.

Walking under the tree shadow, you

will feel like you are living in an

environment with a giant air-

conditioner. Each tree is a natural

lung. Walk along the garden,

sometimes we catch runners leading

water from the river. Residental

houses scatter alongside with the

trees in the garden. The verdant trees
