supermarket. Ryan doesn’t agree and only suggests junk food. Try to make him change

You learn how to make the famous Philly Cheese Steak with the video.

A. Recap the ingredients you need:

B. Reorder what you see in the order of appearance in the video.

a. Put a great amount of vegetable oil on the griddle.

b. Add the veggie back to the griddle on top of the meat.

c. Brush some butter on the hoagie buns and place those on the grill.

d. Slice the peppers and the onion very thin.

e. Take the meat out of the freezer and remove the excess fat and slice it super thin.

f. Add the beef.

g. Start by cooking your onion and peppers.

h. Combine the veggies in a bowl and add some vegetable oil and the grill seasoning.

i. Toss the meat with the tri-tip seasoning and vegetable oil.

j. Toss them once in a while and wait for them to be nice and brown.

k. Cover with cheeses, alternating Provolone and White American cheeses.

l. Transfer the cheese steak fillings to the buns with the spatulas.

Mr Shane: Yes, we are very hungry and thirsty! Do you have any specials today?

Waiter: I’m sorry, no.

Mr Shane: Well, what would you recommend then?

Waiter: I would recommend onion rings and Rocket wings as a starter.

Mrs Shane: Can you tell us what the Rocket wings are, please?

Waiter: Certainly. It’s tasty chicken wings served plain or with special sauce such as barbecue or a

spicy sauce, the hot rocket fuel!

Mrs Shane: I will have that and a garden salad on the side, but not the onion rings.

Waiter: What kind of dressing for the salad?

Mrs Shane: Blue cheese, please.

Waiter: What about you, Sir?

Mr Shane: I won’t take any starter, just a main course. A bacon cheddar double will be

perfect.

Waiter: What about you, young men?

Ryan: We’ll take some Philly cheese steaks with American fries, please.

Waiter: Would you like to order the desserts now?

Mrs Shane: Yes, why not? Let’s take some apple pie.

Waiter: I’m afraid we have none left today.

Mrs Shane: Let’s see… Can we have any original shakes?

Ryan: We are going to order some perfect brownie sundaes for us.
