Computers would not be tucked away to create more heat but would bemore in space to create less heat
Protecting physical safety
Employees would have comfortable positions to insure the best posture. Monitorswould have protective screens over the monitor to insure light reflections do notoccur. Workspaces should be clean and adjusted to the employees standard toinsure maximum safety when at a workspace. Employees should take 5-15 minutebreak from computer whenever possible. Employees should adjust their mouseposition to insure comfortability.
Protecting files from loss

Employees must report any sign on unauthorised access to theserver and files to a server admin or superior at as soon as possible. Also keepingthe files organised and kept in a folder which records the data of modification anduse of all the documents inside. Impact of copyright on a business
Copyright is an act that was introduced to protect the people who create
original pieces of work. Such as, authors of books, composers of music, themakers of a film, a computer game designer or a company that createsapplications such as word processing software. On the internet, Information isfreely avaible for people to look at but this doesnt mean it is free to copy.
The business needs to be careful for images or files that they use from theinternet are copyright free. They need to get permission from the copyrightholder to use them.
