Kobe Bryant Birthday: August 23, 1978. Birthplace: Philadelphia, PA, USA Star Sign: Virgo Profession: Basketball Player Died: January 26, 2020. Kobe Bean Bryant was born on August 23, 1978, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bryant is the son of former NBA player Joe "Jellybean" Bryant. Who played in Italy.

When his family returned to the United States. Bryant played basketball at Lower Merion High

School in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, where he received several national Player of the Year awards

Bryant opted to forgo college and declared himself eligible for the NBA draft when he graduated

from high school.

He played his entire 20-season professional career in the league with the Los Angeles Lakers. Bryant won five NBA championships, was an18-time All-Star, 15-time member of the All-NBA Team, 12-time member of the All-Defensive Team, was named the 2008 NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP), and was a two-time NBA Finals MVP winner. At the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics, he won two gold medals as a member of the U.S. national team. In 2018, he won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film for his 2017 film Dear Basketball. He was married with Vanessa Laine and they had three children. Bryant died on January 26, 2020, in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California.

I was preparing for my piano lesson when the phone rang. It was my mom. She said my piano teacher was sick and wasn't coming for the lesson. I was happy because I did not practice enough. Later, I was watching TV in my room, when I heard some noise coming from the kitchen. When I went there, two dogs were playing with my math textbook. I took the textbook, because I needed it for my exam at the end of the term. I was going out of the kitchen, when the black dog started barking. He wasn't happy. I decided to run. While I was running down the street, the black dog
