You start learning the minute you are born. Every early learning experience lays the foundation for well-being and success in later life, but the importance of this early learning and stimulation is often underestimated.
What if there was a school to teach awareness of this importance? To help people understand young children and their needs, and to provide everyone with a head start in life from day one? Better still, what if this school was mobile and could be taken to wherever it was needed most?
UNICEF Youngster University does just that - by highlighting that interaction and learning are vital at any age, and even the simplest of experiences as an infant is as significant to driving a successful future as a university level degree. Our campaign will drive awareness of the need to understand this importance.
Through the use of a webpage and a physical travelling bus, UNICEF Youngster University will be promoted and circulated both digitally and tangibly. Resources will be created to enable caregivers to easily provide varied cognitive and social stimulation for young children, and start them on the path to a successful future.
