II'Buy bulk, unflavored gelatin at your health-fO(ld store for about $5.00 per pound. It is easy to make your own fruit gelatin! It will cost you about $16.00 - $20.00 per pound if you buy it under brand names such as Jell-O or Royal. Dissolve a tablespoon of unflavored gelatin in a small amount of boiling water. Then add a cup of cold liquid to make solid gelatin. You can use fruit juice for flavoring and add some fro~ blue:berries, strawberries, blackberries, or banana chunks. Your total cost comes to about II; per servinS.
