Safety Measures

• Students will sleep in tents, separated by gender. Instructors will be camping within close proximity

• Activity grouping – mix gender with minimum one-third minority gender

Course Registration Matters

• School will arrange for on-site medical check-up on 6 and 13 March 2019. Schedule will be made known to students on a later date.

• Students with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to visit family/attending doctor as he/she is most familiar with student’s medical history.


Course Registration Matters• Subsidised by MOE. Student and school will co-pay $50

each (inclusive of foreign students).• Parent/Guardian may opt to pay using Edusave Account

or cash.• Students under FAS – additional subsidy.• On-site medical check-up (conducted in school) will be

paid by the school.• For students consulting their regular doctors due to pre-

existing conditions, the school will reimburse maximumof $17.50. Medical receipt must be submitted for theclaim.

• School will not subsidise the cost of Tenatus injection.

• Validity of 10 years

• Most students would have been immunised in Primary 5

• Parents to check student health booklet or Health Promotion Board (Web URL on page 3 of Registration Form)

• Vaccination can be done during medical check-up in school. Cost is $21.40, payed directly to the on-site medical company.

• Students with Special Needs and with medical history of concern will be reviewed by MOE and OBS on case-by-case basis to determine suitability of attending programme

• Do NOT complete page 5 until the medical check-up has been completed.
