The Bible Tells Us:At least 3 different kinds of
judgment
Hypocritical “judge not, that you be not judged”
Opinion “let no one judge you in food or drink”
Righteous “judge righteous judgment”
Sinful – Jesus speaks of this type Matthew 7:1-5
Jesus only condemns hypocritical judgment
Jesus does not condemn the concern or judgment for the “speck”
The remedy “first remove the plank from your own eye,
THEN you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye”
Galatians 6:1-2; James 5:19-20; Romans 2:1-3, 21-24
