Vivienne will administer the system and students will be added to evaluation system from the centralized class roll database
Log in at https://ssl.franklin.uga.edu/evaluation/instructors/ using your UGA MyID to see the list of classes you're teaching
Can see details of courses by clicking on Stats link
Can get results of evaluations after date grades are due
Instructor access limitations are to protect confidentiality
Instructors can not add to or edit available questions
Results are available the day after grades are due. You can view results by clicking the Stat link which will give you Standard Deviations and Averages for each question.
You can Download the results by checking the box next to the Stats link and choosing either TSV or XML format links. Choose the TSV link if you want to open it in Excel.
Online Course Evaluation
Students will be sent a link to the website via email, in-class announcement, and elc 7 days prior to last day of class
Log in at eval.franklin.uga.edu using your UGA MyID Will see list of all class evaluations that are open
and are using the Franklin system, regardless of school/college
When finish evaluation for one class, will be returned to the main menu where you can continue evaluations for all open courses
Student Retention Activities department does to keep students
engaged in the department Listserv for undergraduates to keep them
informed of internship and job opportunities, academic matters of interest, social events
Facebook page for students to notify them of social events, club activities, other notable events
Social event in the fall and the spring for all undergraduates
Logistical support of student clubs
