For this project I spent 3 weeks designing an Urban Farm within the context of the inner city (Garfield Park, IL). Placing an urban farm in Garfield Park would do two things for the community. First it would boost the economy by providing local jobs for the members of the community. Second it would serve as an instrument to teach the community healthier eating habits.healthier eating habits.
