Welcome to Ukraine! Upon arrival, you’ll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Check-in. You will have some time to rest, before a brief city orientation. Spend your time exploring this picturesque city - a unique place with a long and rich history. In the evening, try different types of wine from various regions of Ukraine in one of the best Ukrainian restaurants in Kyiv during a welcome dinner. Day 2| September 27, Sunday: Kyiv (B/L/-) Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will see the Golden Gates of Kyiv, and many beautiful Cathedrals, which will take your breath away. Afterwards wander down Andriivsky Uzviz and do some souvenir shopping! In the afternoon, we have prepared something special for you - a picnic on the beach of the Dnieper river. Here we will try the best of Georgian wines - true connoisseurs will appreciate their worth! In the evening flight Kyiv - Odesa. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and evening at leisure.

Day 3| September 28, Monday: Odesa (B/L/-)

Breakfast at the hotel followed by a leisure walking tour through the city, learning its history and visiting the main tourist sites (Potemkin steps, Derybasivska Street, and the local quay). We will have lunch in one of the many local restaurants accompanied by wine sampling. Evening at your leisure to explore. Your Tour Leader will offer suggestions of things to do.

Day 4| September 29, Tuesday: Odesa (B/-/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take take a scenic drive on a day trip to a special place– Shabo, one of Ukraine’s best wineries. Here you will have a unique opportunity to take part in the harvesting process for the grapes for a hands-on experience. After your harvesting work, we will go on a private tour of the premises, participate in a wine tasting with tips from a professional sommelier, and then visit the gift shop to buy the products you enjoyed the most! We will return back to the hotel in the evening. Day 5| September 30, Wednesday: Odesa (B/L/-) Breakfast at the hotel. For our last day in this cosmopolitan city, we will take an excursion dedicated to the architectural heritage of Odesa. You will learn and literally experience how multinational Odesa is! After lunch, we will visit the Shustov Cognac Museum - a unique place with many years of history where we will learn about this noble drink and get to taste it. In the evening, we will take a night train to Lviv!

Day 6| October 1, Thursday: Lviv (B/L/-) Welcome to this beautiful city - Lviv! We will check in at the hotel, then take some free time to relax and get settled before we take a city tour on a retro train and discover rich history of this magnificent place! Stroll around the ancient streets of this charming city with your Tour Leader before you enjoy the afternoon at your leisure. Late in the afternoon, we will wine taste at your hotel’s secret wine bar! Soak up the unforgettable and unique atmosphere while enjoying the aromas of this divine drink in full. Day 7| October 2, Friday: Lviv (B/L/-) After breakfast at the hotel, we will take you to Swirz with its local castle, founded back in 14th century. This place is also famous for its local winery, which produces a unique raspberry wine! A local winemaker will share the secrets of their winemaking with you - unforgettable experience is guaranteed! We will return back to the hotel in the afternoon and the rest of this day at your own discretion!

Day 8| October 3, Saturday: Uzhhorod (B/-/D) After breakfast and check out in Lviv, we will heading to Mukachevo. On the way we will stop for a visit to Schönborn Castle - one of the most beautiful castles in Ukraine. Schönborn is a very ancient Austrian dynasty, many of whom belonged to the Roman Catholic clergy. Upon arrival to Mukachevo, we will take an excursion around the city, whose history dates back 1120 years.

Place which is well-known for its medieval atmosphere, delicious coffee, chocolate and of course tasty wine! Although the climate didn't contribute

to winemaking, Lviv was on the crossroads of important trade routes, which in turn allowed local people to enjoy wines from different parts of Europe and formed the strong local culture of wine appreciation.

Ukraine’s unique climate allows for the production of wine in many regions of the country; however the southern region are the utmost leaders. There are wineries with histories that go back to the nineteenth

century juxtaposed with new private producers trying to conquer the market. This makes this area with charming quality wineries worth exploring.

In the afternoon we will partake in a tasting of many exclusive drinks: wines, whiskey, rum, and also cheeses in a secret cellar of Mukachevo. Upon arrival in Uzhhorod, we will check in at the hotel. Day 9| October 4, Sunday: Uzhhorod (B/L/-) Breakfast at the hotel, then a city tour of the most prominent sights of Uzhhorod. We will visit a local castle and participate in a wine tasting, sampling the varieties of wine from this region. Evening at your leisure. Day 10| October 5, Monday: Uzhhorod (B/-/-) Breakfast at the hotel, then sadly, it is time to end this tour and bid you ‘goodbye’.
