Generate an international sustainable pool of professionals at Gestamp skilledto drive IT and business collaboration in the PLM (Product LifecycleManagement) area, delivering best-in class PLM solutions based on businessneeds alignment to GPCS methodology and provide "in- suite" support andtechnical guidance in the development of requirements, deployment,learning, adoption and process improvement.

The PLM Specialist Training Program is a blended classroom training at GTI withan internship period within Gestamp globally. After successfully completing theprogram, students will be suitable for hiring at Gestamp.

The PLM Specialist Program will include:1. Common learning activities, regarding PLM’s global

functionalities2. Specific Gestamp’s PLM’s functionalities, common to all students3. Specific Gestamp’s PLM’s functionalities, specific to the different

roles of PLM Specilist at Gestamp4. A 6 month’s internship period

This Gestamp learning program is aimed at University or VocationalQualification Graduates in Computer Engineering and or Industrial Engineeringseeking to develop a career at Gestamp within the GPCS PLM area. Noprevious experience required but design skills are welcome.

Students will be selected after a specific recruitment process by the petitionarydepartments at Gestamp.

Content

If the number of Gestamp job requests should not be sufficient, it can bestudied to allow other fellow companies to select out of the existing talent pool(for example, coming from Basque GAIA cluster).
