The Electricity Regulatory Authority has notied us that the schedule of End -User Base Tariffs shall be applicable in each billing period of the year 2016 and shall take effect on 1 January 2016. 2. The Electricity Regulatory Authority has notied us that the End-User Base Tariffs shall be subject to quarterly adjustments for changes in international prices of fuel, foreign exchange rate, ination and generation mix. 3. The Electricity Regulatory Authority has notied us that the othe r charges not pr ovided for in the retail tariff such as xed monthly charges, maximum demand charges , inspection fees, security deposits , new connection charges, reconnection fees and penalties for power theft remain unchanged for 2016.
