    auction of DMRC in the year 2006. The project was first launched in 2007 by name of Metro Park, but

    the project was delayed because of sanctions and lack of clarity atthe government level which was sorted out in 2009 and plans werealso sanctioned in the same year.

    But later with change in the in the government norms and masterplan and also keeping in mind the demand in the market / markettrends new plans / drawings have been resubmitted for sanctions &approvals from the competent authority.. The approval of same isexpected in next month or so.
