Handcrafted by Palmieri, Certified by UL
A wide variety of Palmieri library furnishings have
successfully undergone UL safety testing and
certification. We apply the UL Mark with pride to
a growing selection of reading tables, computer
terminals, study carrels and circulation desks, as
well as all of the electrical components we offer.
In addition, our standard leg plate assemblies and
work surfaces have been UL tested and certified for
stability, weight distribution, and durability.
Unlike many of our competitors, Palmieri
UL-tests its products both with and without optional
electrical components. The materials that have been
UL-tested against Surface Burning Characteristics of
Building Materials include wood species (oak, cherry,
and maple), laminates (Pionite, Nevemar, Wilsonart,
and Forminca), and cores (particleboard, lumber core,
veneer core, and medium-density fiberboard).
