Before a.11 else, I wish to put on record my grateful thanks to the very small mnd of volunteers who turned up on Thursday and Friday to put up the Course under very difficult circumstances. If they had not worked like beavers you would not have had your Slalom. They numbered five inall, so you can guess the efforts that were required to be ready to start on Saturday at 11. 30 a s m, Only Alan Edge, as Course Designer, is in the First Div. His efforts plus the heavy water, gave us a weekend with very interesting results.
