What we do: Products and Services

We design, supply and manage wireless networks, from a single Wi Fi hotspot, right through to a complete wireless city and 4G networks. Our capability extends beyond the transmission infrastructure to technologies that deliver significant user benefits such as IP CCTV and mobile data. HKT & PCCW bring quad play expertise which can be offered into the UK market – mobile/broadband/wireless/television. 4G transformational technologies – utilising expertise learnt from our parent company. Hong Kong is technically more advanced in 4G connectivity than the UK market. In the UK market, UK Broadband is the business brand and Relish is the consumer brand. Relish was launched recently initially in London with a fixed line offering. The competitive differentials for Relish include providing a very short contract term for flexibility for our customers, our customers don’t have to have a fixed line service if its not required and all devices in a household can be connected to 4G (faster than 3G). The service is plug and play and can be up and working in hours.

Superfast 4G LTE

We launched the UK’s first commercial 4G network in February 2012. We have networks in 5 areas of the UK and exciting roll-out plans. We own a lot of licensed radio spectrum, which allows us to:

Offer great service and fast speeds Provide bespoke network solutions for our clients

We offer superfast broadband to consumers, SME’s and SoHo’s in our coverage areas without the downside of long contract terms In future we’ll also offer excess capacity to operators struggling to cope with mobile data demands

What happens if you apply to work for us?

We believe in ‘getting it right’ for both you and the business…. CV Review: Once your CV has been submitted to us the Recruiter will carefully analyse your profile which will be matched against current opportunities. If successful, your CV will be forwarded for further review to the Line Manager for the vacancy you have applied to or other vacancies that will suit your background. 1st Round Interview: This is a technical interview with the Hiring Manager for the role, an exploratory conversation for both parties to get to know each other better. 2nd Round Interview: The interview consists of discussions with the Hiring Manager and a representative of a business group around your skills and experience. Naturally, the interviewers will give you an insight into the company’s culture; role responsibilities and expectations. We may supplement our recruitment process with psychometric testing, technical test/case studies/presentation depending on requirements of the role.
