The export license is an important measure in Chinese foreign trade

management. Companies intending to export must be approved as an

exporter by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), and be registered with the

local foreign trade department to be a Foreign Trade Company (FTC).

When an FTC holds a general license, there is no need to apply for individual

export license for every shipment saving valuable time and eliminating
